International Shipping Information

Due to current restrictions by our shipping partners, we are temporarily unable to deliver to Ukraine. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume delivery when possible.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, this date will also be included in your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing time as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. All product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.

We offer free standard shipping on US, Canada, and Australia orders of $50+ and free express shipping on Mexico orders of $50+. Free shipping does not apply to Unlimited Furniture Delivery, duties, taxes, previously placed orders, and/or any orders shipping outside of the previously mentioned countries.

With the exception of Canada, your order will exclude duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees upon checkout. These fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

For orders shipping to Canada, we offer two options regarding import fees:

1. Import Fees Due upon Delivery

No import fees are included in the total billed at checkout. You are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees assessed upon delivery, all of which are nonrefundable.

2. Import Fees Prepaid

The total billed at checkout will include an Import Fee. This fee includes all taxes, duties, and related administrative expenses to send the goods to your desired location. You will not have to pay anything additional upon delivery, and these import fees are refundable if you return item(s).

Please note: As of 1 July 2018, Annetwork is required to collect 10% Australian GST on all orders valued at A$1,000 or less imported into Australia.
As of 1 December 2019, Annetwork is required to collect 15% New Zealand GST on all orders valued at NZ$1,000 or less imported into New Zealand.
As of 1 July 2021, Annetwork is required to collect VAT on all orders valued at EUR 150 or less imported into the EU. VAT rates by EU country can be found here.

Wedding Gowns and Bridal Sets

All wedding gowns and bridal sets require an additional shipping charge of $15 (noted on the product page for the item).

Due to customs restrictions, some items are not available for shipment outside the US. Shipping restrictions also prevent us from being able to ship select beauty products, furniture, and oversized items outside of the US.

If you are shopping via the US site, you will be asked to remove these items from your basket if the destination country/region does not permit the import of that item.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on both the product page and at checkout. You will not be charged for backordered the items until they officially ship. If an item happens to go on backorder before your order is fulfilled, we will alert you via email. Additionally, you will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items.

Cancellations

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make certain changes to an order after it's placed, you do have a short window of time to cancel items before they begin processing.

If you'd like to cancel an eligible item, please note all quantities of the item will be cancelled. With eligible items, if you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your shipment, you may return or exchange eligible items.

To see if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.

Though rare, please note we reserve the right to cancel items or ship your order in multiple packages. Once an item successfully is cancelled, you will receive an email that includes all cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.

For orders shipping to Canada, title to the items in your order is transferred from Annetwork to you when your credit card is charged and your items are transferred to a common carrier for shipment. The transfer of risk of loss from Annetwork to you and legal delivery with respect to the items in your order occurs upon the transfer of your items to a common carrier for shipment to you . This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

By ordering goods from Annetwork, I hereby authorize Asendia chosen by Annetwork to act as my agent, and to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Annetwork, and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Annetwork. Further, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Annetwork can be reimbursed.
