Returning & Exchanging Online Orders
Return or exchange online orders by mail or at a store! Start your online return or exchange here. To locate your order number, review your order history. A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund for most mailed returns.
Returning In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases must be returned to a store location. Locate a store near you to confirm business hours.
Returning Furniture
Unlimited Furniture Delivery items in a saleable condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
We're happy to offer our customers an extended return and exchange window for the holiday season. Orders placed for between October 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return or exchange through January 31.
Our Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by an original sales receipt or AnthroPerks lookup.
- We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange within one year of purchase.
- For merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Returning or Exchanging Online Orders
- Locate Your Order — sign in and select Order History.
- Start a Return or Exchange & Print Your Return Label.
- Affix Return Label to your package.
Exchanges
We offer exchange options including same item in a different size or color, or exchange for a different item.
Refund Process
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
